In the pleasant Slovak Restaurant in Štrbské Pleso, the staff prepares traditional Slovak cuisine, hunting specialties or specialties prepared on the grill. From the menu we recommend: bryndzové pirohy (pierogy filled with traditional Slovak sheep cheese), bryndzové halušky (Slovak type of gnocchi with bryndza – Slovak sheep cheese), deer goulash, slivkové gule (dough balls filled with plums), grilled trout, traditional Slovak cabbage soup or potato lokshe (potato pancake) with goose liver.
