Slovak Association of Mountain Leaders (SAHS)

The association provides a wide list of mountain leaders who will gladly and professionally guide you through the mountain areas of Slovakia and nearby countries. In the High Tatras, they will guide you on the marked trails and beyond them to easily accessible peaks (Starý Smokovec – Téryho chata, Jahňací štít through Kopské sedlo, etc.). In the Slovak Paradise on hiking trails and along the via Ferrata Veľký Kyseľ.

The listed mountain guides have completed education in organizing tours in the mountain environment, have a valid professional qualification and a valid UIMLA international mountain guide card. The mountain guide has a professional qualification – i.e. special education for the performance of mountain guide activities under the Act 544/2002. Z.z. on the Mountain Rescue Service, as amended.
