Kiting

Kiting is a combination of wakeboarding, snowboarding, windsurfing, surfing, paragliding, skateboarding and sailing into one extreme sport. In other words: water, snow, flying, wind, jumping, sun, boundless experience of real freedom by playing with the elements. The basis of this sport is a kite, which serves as a driving tool for the rider’s pull and the main pulling energy is the wind. Kiting can be operated in our conditions all year round. It depends on the skill and experience of the rider.

School and rental of kiting sports in every season can be found in Podolínec with an active connection to the High Tatras. We offer: landkiting – lessons taking place on the grass, snowkiting – lessons taking place on the snow and kitesurfing – lessons taking place on the water. The High Tatras offer ideal conditions for landkiting and the abovementioned snowkiting.

Kiting is suitable for all ages. However, the minimum weight of a child should be 30 kilos.
