The guest house is situated in a quiet location, only a few minutes’ walk from the shops and restaurants in Starý Smokovec. In summer, it is possible to undertake alpine hikes to the High Tatras (Hrebienok, Slavkovský štít, Téryho chata, Zbojnícka chata) and play sports. In winter, it is possible to ski in the ski resorts Nový Smokovec-Jakubkova lúka (approx. 200 m from the building) on a slope designed for undemanding skiers. The boarding station of the funicular to Hrebienok is about 400 m away. The building is suitable for trips to explore the historical monuments of Spiš (Kežmarok, Levoča, Spiš Castle), natural beauties (Slovak Paradise, Pieniny, Belianska Cave) and to visit the thermal baths AquaCity Poprad and Vrbov.
